1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using AP Audio Frequencies, you agree to these Terms and applicable Apple terms.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal and lawful purposes on Apple-authorized devices.

3. Price and Access

The App is completely free. It has no subscription, trial period, advertising, or in-app purchases.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its content, design, and code are owned by the developer of AP Audio Frequencies and protected by applicable laws.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
