AP Neo Patterns ("the App") is provided by Alex Pilugin ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information may be processed when you use the App.

• The App includes Google AdMob advertising in the free version.
• The App offers an in-app purchase: Unlock Full Version, which removes adverts.
• The App includes a 3-day trial period. After trial expiry, all features remain available and adverts are shown.
• Payments and subscription or purchase processing are handled by Apple.
• Core game progress and app settings are stored locally on your device.

2. Information We Collect

a) Information you provide directly
We do not require account creation and do not ask for personal profile details to use the App.

b) Local app data
The App stores gameplay progress, settings, and related app data locally on your device.

c) In-App Purchases
If you buy Unlock Full Version, Apple processes billing and payment. We may receive limited purchase status information needed to unlock paid features and disable adverts.

Trial behavior
After the 3-day trial period ends, the App displays a red "Trial expired" alert and starts showing adverts. Core app functionality remains available, with no feature blocks or usage limits.

d) Advertising (Google AdMob)
When ads are shown, Google AdMob may process device and usage information such as identifiers (for example, advertising ID), approximate location, diagnostics, and ad interaction events, in line with Google's policies.

3. How We Use Information

• Provide and improve core app functionality
• Store and restore app state on your device
• Display ads in the free version through AdMob
• Verify in-app purchase status and remove adverts after purchase

• Google AdMob: ad delivery and related measurement.
• Apple: App Store distribution and in-app purchase processing.
