Terms of Use (EULA) — AP Visual Memory Trainer

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using AP Visual Memory Trainer, you agree to these Terms and applicable Apple terms.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal and lawful purposes on Apple-authorized devices.

3. Trial, Ads, and In-App Purchase

• The App includes a 3-day trial period.
• After trial expiry, the App shows a red "Trial expired" alert and adverts.
• Core functionality remains available; no features are blocked by trial expiry.
• The optional in-app purchase Unlock Full Version removes adverts.
• Payments are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple billing terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its content, design, and code are owned by the developer of AP Visual Memory Trainer and protected by applicable laws.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
