AP Modern PPS Lab ("the App") is provided by Alex Pilugin ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

• App data (for example, settings and presets) is stored locally on your device.
• Subscriptions and payments are processed by Apple.

We do not require you to submit personal information to use core app features.

b) Local device data
The App may store settings and saved presets locally on your device to provide functionality.

c) Subscription and purchase data
If you purchase a subscription, Apple handles billing. We may receive limited transaction status information from Apple (for example, whether a subscription is active) to unlock paid features.

d) Analytics, ads, and tracking
We do not use third-party advertising SDKs and do not track users across apps or websites for targeted advertising.

3. How We Use Information

• Operate app features
• Store and restore local app state
• Verify subscription access status via Apple services

4. Data Sharing

• We do not collect personal data.
• We do not sell personal data.
• We do not share personal data with third parties for marketing.
• We may disclose information only if required by law.

5. Data Retention

Because app content is primarily stored locally, data remains on your device until you delete it or remove the app. Subscription records are managed by Apple according to Apple policies.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Security

We apply reasonable safeguards appropriate to the App design. No storage or transmission method is completely secure.

8. Your Choices

• Delete local app data by deleting the app
• Manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple ID account settings

Apple may process certain data for App Store, billing, and subscription operations. See Apple policies for more detail.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will include a revised "Last updated" date.
