Terms of Use (EULA) — AP Modern PPS Lab

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using AP Modern PPS Lab, you agree to these Terms of Use and any applicable Apple terms.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, educational, and lawful purposes on Apple-authorized devices.

3. Subscriptions

AP Modern PPS Lab offers auto-renewable subscriptions (for example, weekly, monthly, yearly) that unlock Pro functionality.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at purchase confirmation.
• Subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple ID account settings after purchase.
• Any free trial, if offered, converts to paid unless canceled before the trial ends.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with App operation, or use the App for unlawful activity.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, code, and content are owned by the author of AP Modern PPS Lab and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AP Modern PPS Lab is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
